/Supervisor (Full-time)

 Responsibilities and Requirements

  • At least 2 years’ or above relevant experience in Guest Service, Operational/Supervisory Duties
  • Punctual, Committed, proactive, independent, responsible, able to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Effective communication with the team and report to management
  • Able to assist in/manage the park’s floor operation with good leadership skills
  • Able to lead a very diverse team and set a role-model to them
  • With great personality and able to handle different kinds of complaints
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Experience in cash handling will be an advantage
  • Holder of First Aid/Trampoline Coach Certification will be advantage
  • Candidates with more experience may be considered as Supervisor
