TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Minimum of 10 persons are required for a party.
• No cancellation and refund are allowed.
• A non-refundable deposit of 50% must be paid when making your booking to secure the room. Bookings are not confirmed unless or until this deposit is received.
• Details and payment in full must be received no later than 7 days prior to the event or party date. If full payment is not received in this time, the booking will be cancelled and the deposit paid will be forfeited.
• Any extra participant on the party date is subject to availability of the ticket and food.
• Vegetarian package is also available and upon request.
• Cakeage fee is $150 per cake.
• Corkage fee is $150 per bottle.
• Additional outside catering fee is $50 per person.
• Room Damage Penalty $1500.
• In an event of special weather conditions, cancellation and refund is not applicable. Party date is allowed to be rescheduled, subject to availability.
• If you have guests with allergies please let us know when making your confirmation.

What will your Host do?

The Host will be there to take care of your party guest and tour the kids around the park to maximize the experience at SuperPark.

Can I extend the room time?

Yes, you may. The Charges are $2380/Hour

Can I bring my Own Cake?

Sure, there will be $150 cakeage fee, which includes the Cutlery and Plates

Can we delivery cakes to SuperPark directly?

Yes, Sure. Do let us know in advance the cake details, we just got big cake Freezer to meet your request

Can parents join in without being part of the Package?

Family participation is our DNA. We do highly encourage the parents to play alongside the kids with only $160 for the Guardian Pass (with free party socks). If you still decide that you want us to excuse the parents. Yes, they can join the party room for celebration. You can also order food for them from our side menu.

Can I select a mix of Party Packages?

Sure, we are happy to meet your request until and unless you meet the minimum of 10 Pax.

Can I do decoration in the SuperPark party room?

We have 7 party rooms, for which we have different theme for each room. Decoration won’t be necessary. Though you are welcome to visit us and we will show you the room to decide.
