/Supervisor (Full-time)
Responsibilities and Requirements
- At least 2 years’ or above relevant experience in Guest Service, Operational/Supervisory Duties
- Punctual, Committed, proactive, independent, responsible, able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Effective communication with the team and report to management
- Able to assist in/manage the park’s floor operation with good leadership skills
- Able to lead a very diverse team and set a role-model to them
- With great personality and able to handle different kinds of complaints
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Experience in cash handling will be an advantage
- Holder of First Aid/Trampoline Coach Certification will be advantage
- Candidates with more experience may be considered as Supervisor
